Once reached IP, we went to search for the floor directory and joted down quite a few job agencies unit #s...Niat dihati nak pegi semua yg tercatit, sekali cuma sempat pegi 1 agency dahhh...hehehe.. Went to Kelly Services former of Business Trend..packed with job seekers...I was asked to fill up a form to input my necessary details in there...The person there then asked me what post do I want to apply for...So I told her tat I'm interested in Administrative side..So she said tat I need to sit in for a typing test...Awight, w/o hesitation, and will full of confidence, I started the typing test...Maklumlah, selalu chat so skill typing tuh dah mcm kacang jer... *cewahh..eksyen plak..hahaha* I was rated 45 wpm which actually 5 more werds than wat I put in the form (I tot my typing speed ranges from 35 - 40 wpm)... So I tot tat was it after the typing test...Then I can proceed to the next agencies..But I was totally wronged...The lady then asked me to take the Excel & Access Test...WHATTT?? ACCESS???? Darnn!!! I did not use MS ACCESS for more than 6 mths oredi...I bet I had forgotten how to go about it..hahaha...Serve me right!!! Menggeletar kejap..hehehe...So I took the Excel Test first...Quite okay ah cos I'm used with Excel anyway...When it came to ACCESS, makk oii...cam nak terberak gak kat situ...hahaha...Suddenly my mind went blank sehh...I skip the first few questions...But slowly I began to pick up back what I've learnt and used before...Alhamdulillah, it went smoothly..Total # of qns for Excel was 19 and Access was 25...I tot I will flung my ACCESS Test but luck was on my side...I passed both test...hehehe..Then it was an interview session with one of the Staffing Consultant named Vivienne...She was a nice lady and pretty too...hehe.. The interview session went about 15 mins...After jotting down whateva things she had, she told me tat currently there's a part time assignment doing data entry job.. She asked me whether I'm willing to take up the job if I'm shortlisted...5 days week, town area, office hr and $6 - $6.50 per hr...But as and when they need me, I have to go...Ermmm...Tak cerewet lah eh..bedal jer ah....So she said she will contact me soon and if she did not call me, I have to call her next week...Phew!! At last it was over..Really took 2 hrs there...When we saw the time, it was almost 4.30pm...We decided not to go to other agencies as it will surely end up till 6 plus...hehehe...Anyway we had appt later around 6 plus...We decided to go BK to have a cup of drink...Very2 thirsty leh...
After tat we proceed slowly to go to One Fullerton to meet hubbie, Klopez & Nahar...Along the way, we decided to call Kak Sunflora getting her to meet us at her werkplace lobby..We walked pass her Capital Land building..So met her for awhile @ the lobby..had a quick chit chat & photo session before we proceed to One Fullerton...Hubbie had reached there...Went straight to Bakers Inn...Now I know tat Gloria Jeans Cafe is no longer there...Anyway we ordered Tea Time special which inclusive of coffee and a cake whereas kissy ordered Ice Passion Fruit tea..Hubbie chose Capuccino for his coffee and I chose Cookies & Cream Cheese Cake...I shared the drink with kissy...The cheese cake was soo wonderful..Niceee....
Once Klopez & Nahar reached there, by then we had finished out Afternoon Tea Time, we proceed to get our early dinner @ the small eating place near the Merlion..The eating place is directly below the bridge...Hubbie and me had Nasi Goreng Kampung, kissy had crispy seafood noodle, klopez had seafood kway teow and Nahar had Fried Kway Teow with cockles.. The food there is not tat fantastic...Cam terasa hangus pon ada...I tink tat will be our first and last time there...Anyway it was recomended by Kak Asmah so we decided to just give it a try...At least we know there a such place there in One Fullerton..
After dinner, we went near the Merlion there to take pictures...Dah macam model tak bergaji kita semua..hehehe...But it was fun tho'... After tired of the photo takings, we decided to just sit @ the steps near the Merlion..As we were chit chatting, droplets of rain started to fall...So were thinking of where to go as it was only 7.50pm..Nite still young!! hehe...Decided to go to Esplanade...We, the gurlz walked there while hubbie & Nahar took their bike to park over @ Esplanade..Reached Esplanade, we were still thinking where we can lepak indoor... After going up and down the Esplanade, we decided to sit @ Mrs Field Cafe...Minum dan makan lagikkk....tak abis2 menyekik..ekekeke... All of us had Esprit drinks and bought 3 brownies to share among us..Nahar's fren, Nizam The Badut join us much later...It was already 9.40pm...We den decided to go out of the indoor place to outdoor where we usually lepak...Took our usual spot and sat there...Pot pet pot pet w/o realising it's already past 11pm...So we decided to go back home as we will be having a long day tomoro...Yeshhh..a mini gathering @ my hse...kissy & Klopez had agreed to help me with the cooking...hehe...
Reached home around 11.50pm...Took my bath and make hubbie his INDO MEE...She's still hungry leh while I'm really2 full...Time check, 1.35am..Still chatting with kissy while uploading the pics....
Oh ya...tis morning I made up my mind to take up a Diploma in HR Management @ PSB Academy..Had enquire on tis course over the phone with the person in charge there...Rohani too is interested in taking up the course...Oops...but do I have the $$$... *sigh* Can't rely on hubbie as he too gonna continue his studies @ Temasek Poly taking up Specialist Diploma in Computer Networking...hmmm...Suddenly I know who I can asked for help!! hehee...Picked up the phone and called my dad in his office...Slow talked with him and TADAH!! He's willing to sponsor my Dip course...Phew!!! But with an advise...Make sure I'm fully committed to study tis Dip..hehehee...Of course I do dad!!! (oops...suddenly reminded me of my drop out Adv Dip in Computer Studies @ Informatics..So sorry to waste my dad's $2K plus just like tat..at tat pt of time, i just cudn't juggle with both my job and studies together @ the same time...but rest assured tis time I'm not gonna let u down dad!!) Thank you soo much for yur help and willingness...!! Lurve you dad!!! Okay will go down one day wif Rohani to HDB Biz Hub where the Branch is located to register ourselves for the Sept Intake... Wish me luck in my studies and hopefully one day I will get a stable career..Insya Allah! :)
I'll stop here...Mata cannot tahan oredi....Half asleep oredy...Need to wake up early tomoro to get ready the rencah2 for tomoro's cooking.... Kay guys, time to turn in...Haf a great weekend!!! Enjoy yurselves and take care... papai!!!
